Taylor Lee

My name is Taylor Lee and I have been on this journey of body centered awareness and exploration since I was a teenager. During high school I injured my back and was suffering from many physical and mental health problems. I went from the top of my class to considering dropping out of school. I began to go to physical therapy and began to notice how my emotions would change as my body began to heal, and I discovered massage therapy. I completed high school and went directly to Boulder College of Massage Therapy and received the best education available for massage. I began by focusing my work on athletes with sports and orthopedic massage to treat injuries.

My journey with my own body evolved and changed when I found out at 21 years old that I was pregnant with my first son, and I began studying and practicing prenatal and postpartum massage and eventually became a certified doula. I continue to be of service to other mothers transitioning into and through all stages of motherhood through coaching, yoga, massage and birth support.

After my second son was born, I found myself physically and emotionally exhausted and unsure of my next steps in my career and life. This was when I began to study with John and Anna Chitty at the Colorado School of Energy Studies, where I dove into a deeper understanding of the nervous system and energetics of the body through craniosacral therapy and Polarity Life Coaching.

Once my sons were both in school I was ready to add yoga to my offerings. I had begun practicing yoga when I moved to Boulder at 18 years old and fell in love with the practice immediately and admired how my teachers embodied strength and grace. In 2018 I completed my 200hr certification for Integrated Vinyasa™ with Gina Caputo at the Colorado School of yoga. I offer private, group and corporate classes around Boulder County.

In 2020, when the global Covid-19 Pandemic hit, I had to close my doors to in person massage and yoga, and yet I felt a great sense of hope underneath the fear of closing my business. I finally had the space to explore something that I had been curious about adding to my practice for years, coaching. I signed up to become a Human Potential Coach through the Human Potential Institute and now I am able to bring all of my knowledge and resources about the human body, mind and spirit into a supportive space to guide and support you in navigating your beautiful and unique journey to becoming your most authentic self from a place of neutral alignment.

I look forward to support you on your journey.
